A lingering thought
and I get lost in a
daydream, hope I don't get
caught

A lingering smile
and I let you stay
in my heart for a while

A lingering touch and
I stop breathing, but
then again that doesn't
take much

A lingering kiss?
not yet, but that is
something I don't
intend to miss
